I began my weight loss journey in January 2014, when a friend introduced me to a nutritional cleansing program. After my first week and 8lbs lighter, I felt a difference. My energy increased and I no longer rely on caffeine and sugar to help me through the day! I released 55 lbs and have enough energy to go to the gym!
